I often try to develop cards for my classes that use the same pattern, but with different papers & stamp sets. I also try to have at least 1 card that is outside the paper theme. This is a great way to see the versatility of the paper and how easy it is to create things.
This card is a variation of the last card I shared in my Simply Stated post.
I used the glacier blue print as the background and some of the black floral print to frame the stamped images. I’m not sure why I decided to to move the bottom sentiment slightly to the left – but if you don’t like that offset – easily square things up by centering it.
For the stamped flowers. I used the base flower image with glacier ink. Then I made a second-generation stamp of the leaves using Fern ink. Last, I used the Cricut Flower Market cartridge to cut out the detailed flowers, stamped them in poppy ink, and attached them with Thin 3D foam tape to add a little dimension.
